Custom Fire & Rescue Service Body

We are honored to be able to provide custom service bodies to the Fire and Rescue fleet throughout New South Wales. An integral part of our community services, these vehicles must be equipped with all the necessary safety and rescue gear needed in a neat, tidy and compact way so they can quickly respond to emergencies as they occur. 

Specifications to this project included:

• Under Cab drawers to both the driver’s and passenger’s sides
• 2 x large gas lift doors on passenger and driver’s side revealing shelving
• Adjustable storage shelves on both sides
• Rear opening door allowing access to a huge central storage compartment

All Service bodies at Pacific Bodyworks can be offered from our standard range, or they can be customised to suit your design needs, whatever trade you happen to be in. Standard features of our service bodies include the choice of a natural mill finish, or painted in your corporate colours – as seen here, adjustable shelving in each compartments, tail lights fitted in a separate bumper bar, weatherproof door seals, and security systems to protect your equipment, to name but a few. And all made from aluminium, meaning our service bodies are on average, 30% lighter than an equivalent steel body without compromising on strength. This is a particularly important and sought after feature, not just for government organisations, as it offers the benefit of a greater payload and increased fuel economy.
